We are happy to offer you a wide yoga spectrum with our yoga teacher Andrea. Her lessons are practiced in english. Our selection of practices for mind, body & spirit are:
Vinyasa Flow, dynamic, Jivamukti, prenatal yoga, yoga for beginners, individual yoga sessions and Pilates.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

JIVAMUKTI YOGA
is a spiritual style of yoga towards personal growth, contentment and zest for life. Founders are Sharon Gannon and David Life. The practice includes Vinyasa (flowing asana sequences), led by the breath and a higher intention. A class will include different bends to all sides, twists, inversions, as well as seated postures. At the end of every yoga class, there is a final relaxation (in Savasana-corpse pose) or a short meditation practice.
Music plays an integral role in this yoga class.
Recommend for intermediate practitioners!

DYNAMIC YOGA
is a vigorous physical yoga practice to improve strength, stamina and energy. It is a modern, fast yoga style that draws upon different elements from various yoga styles. Characteristics are to remain in various postures, with attention to correct breathing and a healthy spinal & pelvic alignment. The aim of this "fitness workout" is to bring body and mind into balance.

PRENATAL CLASSES
are gentle, pleasant and in a safe setting, to not only benefit physically, but to help women through the process of pregnancy by connecting with other pregnant women, allowing the opportunity for inward reflection and ultimately preparing one for birth on a deeper level.
Pleasant for both mother and baby!
Duration 60 minutes
INDIVIDUAL YOGA THERAPY – one to one yoga sessions are there to focus on the needs of the individual - both emotionally and physically. This happens through hands on adjustment, good solid advice or even, if appropriate a gentle massage to release tension.
You will be guided through a tailor-made programme to cover your needs.
