Annette Söhnlein


Annette Söhnlein is one of Germany’s most renowned Anusara®-Inspired-Teachers. Her cheerful nature fills her students with enthusiasm for a life-affirming Yoga. She has been practising Yoga since 1995 and she started teaching it in 2005 in one of Europe’s first centers for Anusara Yoga (Cityyoga Berlin) and has guided numerous retreats and renowned Yoga events. She is passionate about Therapeutic Yoga for the back as well as for Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. In 2008 she started teaching Hormone Yoga Therapy with great success.

Christina Lobe


Christina is mom, co-founder and owner of yogatribe, Berlin, and is a certified Anusara Yoga teacher. She started giving Yoga classes and workshops 9 years ago; moreover she guides Anusara Immersions and Anusara teacher Trainings throughout Germany.

Her appreciation of rythm and language as well as her cheerful nature create the perfect balance between physical effort, regeneration, inner strengh and serenity.

Elena Lustig


Elena loves and lives Yoga since 1995. In the beginning Yoga was just a good compensation for her stressful job (mostly a desk job!) as a movie editor and director. In the last few years Yoga has been occupying more and more space in her life.Yoga for her means to be free to choose the things she loves doing and to live in the here and now. And she wants to share this experience with her students. Her cheerful and clear teaching is the perfect basis for her students‘ further development. She has been joyfully teaching Yoga since 2011 in Berlin and she guided Yoga retreats in wonderful places all around the globe. She is a certified Anusara®-Inspired-Teacher since 2013.

Katja Bienzeisler


Katja started practising Yoga in 2002. Its positive impact on both, body and soul, captured her attention. She met different Yoga teachers in different countries and experienced various types of Yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Javamukti, Iyengar). She completed her teacher training in 2011. Since then she has been teaching and practising Vinyasa Yoga with some elements of the Buddhist awareness meditation (OM Yoga). The conjunction of contemporary lifestyle and Yoga traditions is an important aim of her teachings.

Yoga and Ayurveda: teachers and friends introduced Alexandra to these two holistic disciplines that became very important for her own physical and mental balance. They gave her the right tools to better feel the needs of her body and soul and to calm her thoughts.She has worked in the marketing and advertisement sector before and has got a great understanding of those who live a very stressful dailyl life. Her tranquillity and autenticity let her have both feet planted firmly on the ground and self-reflection and introspection are important elements of her Yoga lessons. Alexandra is a great chef, too and gives fantastic Ayurveda cooking classes!Her professional skills include Ayurvedic nutrition and health-care consulting, certified Yoga teaching, Spiral Dynamics, Kinesiology, Reflexology and Team Coaching.
