YIN & YANG with RANJA WEIS
In the mornings, we will practice a dynamic vinyasa flow style, close to Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga. We cleanse and strengthen athe body and attain energy for the day. In the evenings, we go into a deep Yin practice, the "other" side of yoga, a very relaxing and restorative practice.
The retreat is open for all levels. We will practice in the mornings and late afternoons. Yoga walks and meditative hikes during the day.

This yoga retreat for pregnant women is an invitation to spend time with yourself - and with your partner, if he wants to come along - before your baby is born. Find some distance to your everyday life and indulge in a slower rhythm. Intensely feel the connection to your baby (and your partner) and set the foundation for a gentle birth.
You have to be in the 13th week of pregnancy or more at the time of the retreat.
Of course, you can stay at Miramonte, it is a beautiful 10 minute walk to our sister hotel Haus Hirt.

Placidity is the ability to keep calm in the middle of all the ups and downs life brings us. The word placidity means stillness, letting go, detachement. Like the eye of a tornado: In the middle total calmness.
During this long weekend we will learn techniques which will help us gain more placidity. They will help you to establish more calmness and awareness in your daily life.
