We are happy to offer you a wide yoga spectrum with our yoga teacher Andrea. Her lessons are practiced in english. Our selection of practices for mind, body & spirit are: Vinyasa Flow, dynamic, Jivamukti, prenatal yoga, yoga for beginners, individual yoga sessions and Pilates.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Duration 90 minutes
is a spiritual style of yoga towards personal growth, contentment and zest for life. Founders are Sharon Gannon and David Life. The practice includes Vinyasa (flowing asana sequences), led by the breath and a higher intention. A class will include different bends to all sides, twists, inversions, as well as seated postures. At the end of every yoga class, there is a final relaxation (in Savasana-corpse pose) or a short meditation practice. Music plays an integral role in this yoga class. Recommend for intermediate practitioners! Duration 90 minutes
YOGA WITH ANKE
Since 2004 Yoga is an inseparable part of Anke's life. Starting out with classical Hatha yoga, Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga she found her expression in Vinyasa Yoga. She graduated in 2011 with her first training, to complete the 500 hours Yoga Alliance training in early 2014.
Anke teaches a dynamic vinyasa flow style with playful elements, which let participants discover the possibilities and limitations of the own body.
Anke teaches in German and English.
YOGA WITH BRUNI
Bruni's path of yoga began in 1985 with a private yoga session in Hamburg at a friends flat.
Since that she is practicing passionately wide variety of styles, from Ashtanga Power Yoga to Sivananda. She graduated from the International Sivananda Yoga Teachers' Training Course, in addition she is trained breathing and meditation teacher and Ayurvedic massage therapist.
After stops in Hamburg and Berlin Bruni now leads the AVEDA SPA at Haus Hirt and regularly teaches yoga classes for guests.
YOGA WITH BERNARD
Bernard Nicholas found his yoga way many years ago while he was living in London. In addition to his training as a therapist (massage, craniosacral, shiatsu ..) followed by numerous Hatha yoga classes at home (Spiral Dynamics) and abroad (Julie Gudmestad, Susi Hass Aldous) as well as a yoga teacher training at the Sivananda organization in the United States.
"Now I'm working more with physical exercise with the aim of our midsection to find the spine. My style is very different from Diane Long (Vanda Scaravelli Yoga) & Liz Koch (Core Awareness, the psoas book) was coined, in which the focus on the game with gravity is to find inner strength and power."
